Project Planner - Streetwise
Streetwise Traffic Management has a vacancy for a project planner working from Birstall, West Yorkshire depot.
Responsibilities
- Raise contracts via our hire software and ensure all information is correct
- Perform controls to ensure all work completed is invoiced correctly.
- Support the office/invoicing manager with invoicing.
- Cover for team members as required from time to time.
- Apply for permits and applications.
- Ensure all purchase orders are obtained for jobs completed.
- Proactively resolving customer queries.
- Record all work on job tracking systems.
- Ensure 100% booking on and off of all areas.
- Building and maintaining solid working relationships with clients.
- Occasional out of hours support.
- Ensure customer trackers are maintained and completed to a high standard and sent to customers per agreed timeframes.
- Support other projects and events from time to time.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing advice and resolving any issues.
- Attending monthly & quarterly meetings as required, to discuss performance and KPIs.
- To pro-actively support your line manager on all tasks.
- Take all opportunities to represent the company in a positive light.
- Maintain regular communication and provide support to your line manager and the team.
- Ensure that you have a happy, well-motivated attitude.
- Set an example to all staff by working to company values and promoting compliance with all company systems.
- To ensure maximum flexibility and to reflect the Company's evolving needs, you may be asked to perform additional tasks that may be reasonably expected within your level of capability without additional remuneration.
Qualifications/Experience
- Proficiency in using Microsoft; Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent people skills
- Self-motivated and confident, with experience in working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Communications & Team spirit philosophy.
- Flexibility of approach, modern and professional.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
