As a Programme Advisor you will support with student dealing with program related student queries making sure to deliver an excellent student experience.

What you’ll be doing
In this role you will be supporting student facing activities and coordinate communication. You'll work with your Team Manager to develop and work toward your targets by always putting student needs first.
As such, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting on all student facing activities such as induction and any programme specific events, programme specific communication
- Dealing with programme related student queries including complex queries referred by Student Support Officers, Tracking student timesheets submission
- Organising the distribution of any hardcopy student study materials or items (Uniform and PAD documents
- Coordination and collation of all programme’s specific student surveys, Supporting with suspension and debtors
- Point of contact for the Office of Regulation and Compliance to support and assist with any investigatory work required, working with the team to support student specific behavioural issue
- Assisting with all other programme specific administrative tasks as required
What we’re looking for
To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:
- Working with customer service experience, working with multiple stakeholder
- Having worked with service delivery and working towards SLAs and KPI
- Coordination of complicated operational challenges.
- Excellent on verbal and written communication and presentation skills, good overall communication and listening skills,
- Well organised and self-disciplined with the ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure
- Able to build good working relationships across all levels
