The purpose of this role is to: Create and manage a sequenced daily plan, ensuring a robust and logical short term schedule (1-4 weeks) are in place for a selection of production lines, that meet all relevant targets: Customer service (OTIF & CFR) Line efficiencies (OEE, GLY, LEF) Production Adherence (CTS, ATP) Maximising direct despatch (% - cost avoidance) Key Accountabilities Work collaboratively with despatch (MSO),customer service, market planning and production site teams to align make and move to optimise daily schedule to meet direct despatch and service targets in the frozen period Re-align production schedule, based on line performance, short term material availability and quality Closely monitor Adherence to Plan and system parameters on line speeds and capacities in comparison to actuals and flag any need for revision to reflect the best alignment systems and actuals Manage escalations coming from supply planners into the schedule and manage frozen period alerts to coordinate with supply planning and CS&L teams Work with production teams and resource planners to minimise temporary labour requirements and fully utilise core labour to execute the schedule Work collaboratively with the Supply Planner to:
Respond to insights from medium term plans to help them to shape forward shift patterns, capacity requirements and resource implications
Respond to plan volatility, by constructing a balanced and stabilised production sequence
Support prioritisation and escalation process
Give proactive info to supply planners to react for possible under or over attainment to plan.
Ask for pull forward or push back into 1-4 week period to when there is over attainment or under attainment to plan Support development of line strategies with Team Leader and Operations managers and link to analytical policy setting in conjunction with the Manufacturing Excellence programme to deliver the ISC ambition to reach 70% OEE across ISC Supply Work collaboratively with Supply Planners, TCE Project Managers and Operations teams to schedule first production runs and time for inspection for all TCE projects

Relevant 2-5 years experience in a a manufacturing environment, with some level of systems experience (SAP required). Relevant supply chain, logistics or engineering degree not required but beneficial.
