What you’ll be doing
You’ll be part of a busy night shift team working with fresh salmon and trout. Expect tasks like:
- Feeding the production line
- Gutting, washing and grading fish
- Tagging, boxing and chill work (icing, lidding, palletising)
- Filleting and final prep
It’s physical, fast paced and essential to keeping the supply chain flowing!

- Experience in food production is a bonus but not a must
