Join Our Team as a Production Operative in the Cheese Room at Albion Fine Foods!
Shift - 7pm-12pm, 5 days a week, some weekends included
Salary - £16,481 per annum
At Albion Fine Foods, our Production Operatives play a vital role in keeping things running smoothly as part of our close-knit, fast-paced team.
Your responsibilities within this role include:
- Meeting daily targets set by the business
- Preparing products by weighing and cutting cheese to repack in the required sizes
- Quality checking products to ensure they meet required standards
- Maintain high levels of house keeping and ensure food hygiene is adhered to
- Compliance with Health & Safety regulations
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication skills
- Good computer skills needed
- Has a positive attitude towards work and attainment
- Has the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with teams across the business
- Performs well under pressure to meet targets
- Has a keen eye for detail and quality
- Understands the importance of Health and Safety compliance
- Is able to do some heavy lifting (up to 25kg)
