Production Operative – Modern glasshouse system.
We are looking for a self motivated, practical, flexible and conscientious individual to join our small team. As part of the team operating within our modern glasshouse system most processes are relatively simple, however there will be times where you will need to think on your feet and work collaboratively with your colleagues and other team members.
Working within our operation will involve, but is not limited to.
- Harvesting of produce (mechanically).
- Weighing and moving of trays.
- Operating sowing machine.
- Using computer system for harvesting and sowing (full training provided).
- Cleaning of machinery.
Hours of work.
Monday - Friday 6am - 3pm and Saturdays 6am -11am.
Hours may change depending on business needs, flexibility is a must.
