Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our small team of seven at our Worthing site.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday. Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 3:30pm Friday: 6:30am - 1:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing parts through gritting as needed.
- Masking parts to the customers specification to prepare for coating.
- Ensuring high attention to detail and maintaining quality standards.
- Intricate masking and preparation of parts.
- Working collaboratively within a small team and managing your workload effectively.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail, intricate hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work independently.
- A team player who can communicate and collaborate effectively.
Preferred:
- Grit/sandblasting experience
- Metal parts preparation
