Job overview
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual with the requisite skills, knowledge, experience and expertise to join our existing team.
Due to service expansion, a new role has been developed to support the Pharmacy Homecare team and assist in the efficient running of this key service.
Main duties of the job
- Support the Pharmacy Homecare team by contributing to the development and management of Homecare services, including the introduction/ launch of the CMM homecare module.
- Manage the Homecare Diabetes Service, including patient funding, ordering, invoicing, clinic/patient queries and tracking orders.
- Assist in the management of Homecare services, maintaining accurate patient records and effectively and efficiently reconciling invoices for payment, and resolving invoicing queries.
- Lead Homecare audits and support with freedom of information (FOI) requests.
