As a Principal LLM Researcher, you will be responsible for leading and shaping our LLM research agenda. You will work closely with a team of talented researchers and engineers to advance the capabilities of our language model and contribute to the development of groundbreaking AI applications.

- Benchmarking and Evaluation: Conduct rigorous evaluation and benchmarking of the LLM's performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving enhancements.
- Publication and Collaboration: Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals. Collaborate with academia and industry partners to stay at the forefront of AI research.
- Innovation: Explore new directions in language modeling, including multi-modal understanding, zero-shot learning, and ethical AI, and drive the integration of these innovations into our LLM.

Requirements
