An exciting opportunity has arisen for us to expand our existing workforce. We are looking for dedicated care staff who want to make a difference. This is a great opportunity to join our service working within a fantastic, well established and motivated team.
We are looking for highly motivated, dynamic people with a wide range of skills who are reliable and hardworking and can work as part of a team and are able to adapt to change in a fast moving, innovative and customer focused service.
The role will be to help vulnerable people during the night to remain in their own home with an improved quality of life either as part of a double up team or by undertaking a waking watch. The role also involves supporting individuals upon discharge from hospital as part of the Discharge to Assess pathways and providing Complex and Palliative care.
The successful candidates will be supporting the service on a casual basis working from 10pm to 7am which may include weekends and bank holidays.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right people to work in a modern, caring, fulfilling service, in return we offer excellent staff support systems, training and development. Although previous experience could be an advantage, it is not essential.

A full driving license and use of a car is preferable.
