Overview
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity at Giggles Early Years for the position of Pre-School assistant.
At Giggles, we pride ourselves on being the first real Living Wage employer in Northern Ireland. We are also recognised as an All-Ireland Centre of Excellence and were rated as outstanding in our last ETI inspection.
We are looking for a passionate individual who is dedicated to Early Years education. As the Pre-School assistant, you will be responsible solely for the Pre-School Room. This role is perfect for someone who wants to spend less time on administrative tasks and more time focusing on delivering high-quality education.
The setting's Officer in Charge will be responsible for liaising with the trust, inspection, recruitment and selection etc, leaving the new leader time to focus on solely the delivery of a quality learning experience for the children and working in collaboration with the settings management for any ETI inspection.
Looking ahead, we are preparing for standardisation in 2025 and are committed to supporting our team with professional development. Our previous leader was sent to Reggio in Italy to enhance our practice, and we plan to continue this tradition of investing in our staff through mentoring and professional development.
