Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Salary :£27,000 - £30,100 per annum (pro-rata) - Please note TGP Cymru normally appoint at the beginning of the salary scale.

The role will include extensive travel across North Wales to meet clients in their own homes.
TGP Cymru has been providing services to vulnerable children, young people and families across Wales for 23 years.
We provide a Communication Passport Service for children and young people with communication difficulties across all six counties in North Wales.
Due to our recent success in gaining additional funding, we are currently recruiting for a new Practitioner.
The role will include extensive travel across North Wales to meet clients in their own homes.
Part-time 22.5 hours per week –Working pattern to be agreed but can be flexible.
Candidates must have an interest in promoting children’s rights and experience of direct work with children and young people with communication difficulties.
