The Poverina Inn sits in a great roadside location on the edge of Normanby, a suburb of Middlesbrough. It is a strong community pub for the locals as well gaining passing trade for the traditional local own food offer and the large function room above the pub which can cater for parties and events up to 70 people.
It has a long central bar and 2 main zones for guests, the games end which has darts and pool and a giant TV Screen showing Sky and TNT Sports and the lounge/dining section the other side. There are beer gardens to the front and rear, as well as an external kids play area and a large car park. The pub has plenty of scope for growth in drink and food sales, with the Poverina taking on average £6,500 with a 90/10 wet to food split. The new partner will be an energetic local operator, who has a passion for the community and the ability to offer an own food menu in which you keep 100% of the turnover.
