We are currently seeking an experienced Post Completion Case Handler to join our team at Conveyancing Direct Property Lawyers in our St Leonards On Sea Office. Salary £24,250.
You will be responsible for processing and finalising registrations, ensuring compliance with established standards and timelines. This is a crucial role that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities of a Post Completion Case Handler
- Submit and Process Registrations whilst ensuring timely submission of applications within the priority period.
- Monitor daily reports and bring any concerns to the attention of the Post Completion Team Leader.
- Liaise with third parties to address outstanding completion documents.
- Provide assistance with volume remortgage applications when required.
- Renew searches immediately upon receipt of cancelled applications and inform the Team Manager.
- Handle client communications promptly and provide appropriate responses.
- Ensure documents are completed accurately, and any amendments are saved to matter before submission to Land Registry.

Skills and Experience required to be a Post Completion Case Handler
- Previous experience of working in post completion environment essential.
- Familiarisation with a case management system use.
- Literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
- Positive attitude and flexibility in working practices and demands.
- Responsible, professional, and trustworthy.
- Efficient time management, organisational and problem solving skills.
