We are a new build plumbing and heating contractor working for major national house builders with over 40 live sites from Nottingham to Milton Keynes. We are looking to add a new member to our procurement team. The job role will consist of managing stock in our warehouse and across our 40 live sites.
- Manage stock within head office. Dealing with deliveries and returns.
- Ensuring credits / collection notes are raised for surplus stock held at head office
- Collecting surplus materials from site and arranging for collection / return to merchants
- Keeping stores neat and organised to aid with stock control.
- Arranging materials and stock for our maintenance team
- Inputting stock information in to spreadsheet to assist with stock control and accounting.
- Assisting the procurement team.
The ideal Candidate:
- Ex Plumber / Plumbing / Merchant / Construction / Storeman / Stock / Warehouse / Trade Counter experience.
- Full Driving Licence and confidence to drive long wheel base van.
- Confident on computers / Tablets (Quickbooks & Office 365 experience)
- Confident in discussing materials with engineers and suppliers
