JOB TITLE: Platform Onboarding Consultant
SALARY: £39,825 - £44,250
LOCATION: Bristol
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Field/Home Based
About this opportunity
This is an exciting chance to represent the Scottish Widows Platform, onboarding new Advisors and supporting them embedding this into their business proposition. This position will work in tandem with Business Development Managers and Business Development Account Managers, to help assist the Sales Teams in their growth ambitions, to ultimately become platform provider of choice.
What you'll be doing:
Working proactively with the Intermediary's business during the on-boarding phase to ensure a successful launch & integration with Scottish Widows Platform & processes
Collaborate with intermediaries to explore and analyse their current on-boarding and support needs, building a customised roll out plan where required
Manage relationships that sustain profitable growth and support the overall Scottish Widows Sales Distribution Strategy
Collaborate with sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and timely delivery of updates

What you'll need:
Experience working directly with Financial Advisers and their support staff , with a clear track record in delivering exceptional support in this space
Relationship management experience , in building both new and deepening existing relationships, preferably in a field-based capacity
A Customer centric background and a strong eye for support and development opportunities
Evidence of working effectively in a team environment, contributing to the overall success of your team
Retail Platform experience, with a proven ability to work at pace in an environment of complexity and time-based pressure, retaining high levels of accuracy and control throughout
Exceptional communication skills , with a demonstrated ability and desire to be hands on
And This Would Be Really Useful:
Diploma in Financial Services or willing to work towards this
