1 x Planning Officer primarily processing Planning Applications (Full- time, fixed term to 30 June 2026) (£35,235 - £38,626 per year -pay award pending)

We're looking for applicants who are:

  • Knowledgeable in planning legislation, policies, and enforcement procedures.
  • Excellent communicators with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Organised, methodical, and able to manage a varied caseload.
  • Comfortable working independently and making sound judgments.
