Reforme Studio is launching this summer, and we’re looking for passionate freelance Level 3 Mat & Reformer Pilates instructors and qualified Barre teachers to join our welcoming, community-focused team.

What You’ll Do:
- Teach inspiring, 50-minute Pilates or Barre classes
- Deliver classical Pilates (with some hybrid/contemporary flair)
- Offer both gentle and advanced sessions
- Provide clear, safe guidance for all body types and abilities
- Build real connections with clients
- Bring mindfulness, movement, and energy to every class
You Should Have:
- Pilates: Level 3 Mat & Reformer certification
- Barre: Recognised Barre qualification + experience
- Confident, warm teaching style
- Ability to adapt for different fitness levels
- Freelance availability & own insurance
- Able to travel to Market Drayton (TF9)
Pay & Perks:
- Mat/Barre Class: £25 per 50-min class
- Reformer Class: £35 per 50-min class
- Private Sessions: 50% of session fee
- Bonus pay for waitlisted/high-demand classes
- Class blocks to reduce travel time
