You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team consisting of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, health care assistants, doctors, discharge co-ordinators and pharmacists.

We are a friendly team of therapists who work together to provide a dynamic and pro-active service to our patients. You will be a key member of the physiotherapy team and will work under supervision and guidance of trained physiotherapists, to provide exercise and mobility rehabilitation, and assist with administrative tasks and information gathering. You will be supported to engage in service development and encouraged to put forward suggestions as to how we can continue to improve and grow the services we offer.

Our main acute hospital site is in Guildford with community hospital sites at Milford, Haslemere and Cranleigh. We provide adult community health services in homes across Guildford and Waverley.

- To provide Therapy assessment and treatment of patients referred to the Occupational Therapy /Physiotherapy services designated by a qualified Occupational Therapist/ Physiotherapist.
- Assesses and treats patients without direct supervision according to team/department standards and protocols
- May be a rotatory and flexible post working across inpatient and Community
- Working flexibly within a 7 day service
