Role Overview
We are looking for a full-time Personal Assistant to the Founder who will also play a key role in supporting our Customer Care team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, is naturally proactive, and thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for providing high-level personal and administrative support to the Founder while also assisting in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs Personal Assistant to the Founder:
- Manage the Founder’s diary, meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments
- Support with email correspondence, to-do lists, project tracking, and document preparation
- Handle both business and occasional personal admin tasks
- Assist with operational tasks across the business as required
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
Customer Care Support:
- Respond to customer queries via email, phone, and live chat with warmth and efficiency
- Support the team with order tracking, returns, and issue resolution
- Liaise with couriers, warehouses, and other departments to ensure smooth fulfilment
- Flag recurring issues or feedback to help us improve processes
About You
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a customer-facing/admin support role
- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Discreet, trustworthy, and confident handling confidential matters
- Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Friendly, resourceful, and a strong team player
- Comfortable using productivity and CRM tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Shopify, Gorgias)
