About Us:
We are a luxury kitchen and bathroom showroom committed to delivering innovative design, quality craftsmanship, and an exceptional customer experience. We are entering an exciting new phase, including a major showroom facelift and refurbishment, and we are looking for a proactive, creative, and highly organised individual to support this transformation while leading our marketing efforts and providing executive-level support to the Director.
Role Overview:
As a Marketing Manager & Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in both the strategic growth and daily operation of the business. From managing our online presence and creating content to assisting with international supplier trips and client support, this is a highly varied and hands-on role. - Plan and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Create marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions to drive footfall and enquiries.
- Keep the website, Google Business, and marketing materials up to date and aligned with the new brand image.
Showroom Transformation Support
- Assist the Director in the planning and execution of the showroom’s facelift, including supplier coordination, samples, layout planning, and visual presentation.
- Document the refurbishment progress for social media and marketing purposes.
- Help maintain showroom tidiness and branding during transitional phases.
Customer Journey & Project Support
- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout their design and installation journey.
- Conduct home visits to take before-and-after photos and collect testimonials.
- Ensure smooth communication between customers, designers, installers, and the Director.
- Handle customer updates, queries, and experience tracking.
Executive Assistant to Director
- Manage the Director’s schedule, travel arrangements, and daily priorities.
- Accompany the Director on international trips to liaise with suppliers in Spain, Italy, and Dubai.
- Support with supplier communication, order tracking, and project updates.
- Assist with financial admin, including spreadsheets, updating records in Xero, and managing purchase orders.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Valid UK driving licence and own vehicle (for site visits).
- Flexible and willing to travel internationally as required.
- Experience in marketing, executive assistance, or showroom operations.
- Strong communicator—professional, personable, and camera-confident.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Skilled in social media, Microsoft Office, Canva (or Adobe), and CRM tools.
- Willingness to be hands-on and support a growing business through a major transition.
Desirable:
