Payroll Assistant
Entier Ltd are currently recruiting for a Payroll Assistant to join our growing Entier global family. This role will be based at our office in Westhill.
This position is for 36.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Main responsibilities of the role are:
· Collation of payroll data from timesheets
· Collation of HR data from Cascade system
· Ensuring all payroll data is processed accurately and efficiently
· Perform daily payroll department administration tasks
· Assist with payroll related employee queries
· Input of various pay items once approved by relevant Function
· Administration of Company Benefits
· Completion of Employment Reference requests
· Assist with payroll report (e.g. journals etc)
· Log supplier invoices onto the system
· Collate payroll and accounts information to assist in the management accounts process
· Assist accounts team as required

The ideal candidate must have
· Previous experience working within a Finance/Payroll function
· Solid problem-solving skills, and ability to multi-task
· High attention to detail, ensuring your duties are completed to a high standard
· Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
· Great telephone and email etiquette
