We have an exciting opportunity to become a Passenger Services Driver for Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council.
You will be part of a friendly team who provide an excellent standard of service and really make a difference to the lives of children & Young people with special education needs.
If you would like to become part of an excellent team assisting passengers to various locations then this role is for you.
You will be driving a range of modern designated vehicles to transport passengers with special needs from home to school in the morning and return in the afternoon.
You will be working closely with children & young people, their parents, and carers, showing patience and understanding and be able to communicate with people from all backgrounds, making every journey a positive and enjoyable experience.
You will require a D1 Category driving licence giving the ability to drive vehicles carrying up to 16 passengers or possess a PSV Licence.
We will train you to the Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme (MIDAS) Standards.
