We are seeking a part-time professional, friendly Receptionist to join our team Wednesday - Friday . The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel with excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while providing support to staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry and clerical tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A friendly disposition with a Client-focused attitude is essential.
