We're seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Traffic Support Administrator to join our friendly and professional Traffic Office team in Croydon, supporting the smooth coordination of transport operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails, dealing with queries from customers, drivers, and other depots
- Monitor, enter, and track consignment data using internal systems
- Assign collections and deliveries to the C&D fleet
- Ensure timely response to network issues and escalate when necessary
- Monitor customer KPIs and performance against network targets
- Provide holiday/sickness cover across departments (claims, accounts, network/traffic desk)
- Support legal compliance, accurate documentation, and effective service delivery
- Deliver outstanding customer care, highlighting and resolving risks or failed consignments
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask under pressure in a busy environment
- Experience in administrative or customer service roles (preferably B2B/logistics)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word); TMS/in-house software experience beneficial
- Team player with a collaborative, can-do attitude
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Willingness to support shift flexibility as required
Working Hours & Location
- Part-Time (Minimum 20 hours/week)
- Shifts: 6am – 12 noon or until finish
- Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability as needed
