About the Role
We’re seeking a dependable and detail-focused person to join our housekeeping team. This hands-on position is perfect for someone who takes satisfaction in creating a spotless, comfortable setting for guests and enjoys the fast pace of hospitality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and shared spaces to high standards
- Replace bedding and ensure rooms are ready for arrivals
- Perform general cleaning such as vacuuming, mopping, and dusting
- Empty bins and replace liners when required
- Replenish guest amenities including toiletries, towels, and other essentials
- Report any maintenance or room-related issues promptly
- Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and cleanliness guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Previous cleaning experience (hotel or guest accommodation experience preferred but not essential)
- Confident using cleaning tools and materials safely
- Self-motivated and reliable, with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
- Positive and committed to maintaining a high standard of presentation
