Dependability - This is a flexible role with hours and days to suit but commitment is still priority and once a day and time has been agreed then this has to be adhered to.
Trustworthiness - As a respected agency we make each applicant to show they are trusted to work within our customers households. We ask for ID and proof of legally working in the UK. We may ask for a DBS to be undertaken.
Energetic - This can be a fast paced job cleaning from one home to another. You need to be active and thorough in your cleaning ability.
Time Management - Being able to efficiently handle the days work will really help to job satisfaction. Running late or being pressed for time takes away from our ability to provide great customer service! Make sure you are a good timekeeper and stick to the days and times you agree to!
Detail Focused - Did you see that spider web in the corner? A trained eye will notice each detail and ensure customer satisfaction every clean.
