We're currently looking for a proactive and organised office based Part Time Administrator to join our friendly team in Bristol.
The Role:
As our Part Time Administrator, you'll play a key role in the smooth day to day running of the office. Your duties will include:
- General administrative support to the operations and engineering teams
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining diaries
- Preparing documents, reports, and customer communications
- Data entry and maintaining internal records and systems
- Assisting with stock and supplier management
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confident with Microsoft Office and general IT systems
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently

Hours: Flexible part time hours (to be agreed)
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
