Part Time Accounts & Payroll Assistant – We’re hiring!
We’re looking for a detail-orientated and organised Accounts & Payroll Assistant to join our friendly team on a part-time basis.
Hours : 16 hours per week, flexible schedule
Pay: Negotiable
Key Responsibilities include:-
· Processing Purchase Ledger invoices
· Posting Receipts
· Credit Control
· Assisting with Payroll Preparation
· Assisting with month end and year end accounts
· Maintaining accurate financial records
· Supporting the finance team with general administrative tasks
You will be a great fit if you:-
· Have basic accounting or book-keeping knowledge, however full training will be provided so not essential.
· Experience with Sage is an advantage.
· Are confident with numbers and attention to detail
· Have strong organizational and time management skills
· Are trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
