Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Painter/Decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting, wallpapering and putting up coving. Will be able to communicate effectively in English. This position offers an opportunity for someone with a passion for painting/decorating to showcase their skills.
Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting such as scraping, sanding, and filling holes
- Apply paint using various techniques and tools
-Prepare walls and hang wallpaper
-Measure coving and mitre corners as needed, put up coving
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during the painting process
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Drive to different job sites as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in painting/decorating is essential
- Ability to communicate in English
- Valid driver's license is a MUST
