About Us
We are a growing business working as the UK branch of a manufacturer of continuous lighting for Photography, Film and TV. Operating in a fast-paced and dynamic industry, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent service to our customers while maintaining a supportive, collaborative working environment.
We’re now looking for an Order Processing & Fulfillment Manager to take ownership of our entire order cycle – from customer order entry through to fulfillment, invoicing, and stock management. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, varied role and wants the autonomy to run and refine the order management function.
The Role
As Order Processing & Fulfillment Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately, on time, and to the highest standard. You’ll work closely with customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams, acting as the hub of our order management process.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Entry & Verification – Accurately input and validate customer orders, checking pricing, availability, and customer details.
- Customer & Supplier Communication – Handle enquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates by phone and email.
- Order Tracking & Fulfilment – Monitor orders throughout the cycle, liaising with logistics and ensuring timely delivery.
- Data & Systems Management – Maintain accurate records of orders, stock, and related data using CRM, Sage, and Microsoft Office.
- Invoice Processing – Generate invoices and ensure accurate billing.
- Returns & Refunds – Manage customer returns and credits, ensuring correct documentation.
- Process Improvement – Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
- Collaboration – Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure smooth operations.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll be confident working independently and taking ownership, but also enjoy collaborating as part of a small team.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an order processing/order management role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Sage Accounting.
- Proven track record in sales order management processes.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.
Preferred
- Experience managing or mentoring a small team.
- Industry experience in Film & TV, Photography or Electronics (B2B and consumer).
What We Offer
- Competitive salary of £35,000 – £40,000, depending on experience.
- A supportive, close-knit team where your contribution makes a real impact.
- Autonomy to take ownership of the order management process.
