Location: St Fergus, near Peterhead
Hours: 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday cover)
Pay: £7.50-12.50 per hour (age-based rate)

About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused team member to join our busy e‑commerce operation. This role offers variety, combining hands-on order fulfilment with customer service and creative tasks. You’ll be part of a small, supportive team where every day is different and your work directly impacts our customers’ experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with basic customer service tasks (responding to emails, messages, and social media queries)
- Operate engraving machines to personalise products (full training provided)
- Create and print personalised candle labels using design templates
- Keep work areas tidy and organised, replenishing stock where needed
- Support other fulfilment or admin tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
- Positive, adaptable, and willing to help in all areas of the business when needed
- Confident using a computer and open to learning new tools/software
- Good written English for customer communications
- Comfortable with hands-on tasks and working at pace
- A team player who can also work independently
