As part of Jennifer Clair, we are offering a unique opportunity for a proactive, fast-learning individual to work closely with the COO at Jennifer Clair, gaining deep insight into the business operations of a luxury fashion brand. The role combines administrative support with operations, HR, logistics, and finance tasks
We are looking for someone who is brave, creative and enthusiastic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support with invoicing, supplier payments, and finance tracking
- Help manage logistics and courier operations for domestic and international shipments
- Assist with HR software updates, contracts, and onboarding processes
- Coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on actions
- Maintain operational trackers and schedules (e.g., dress movement, deliveries)
- Liaise with internal departments (Production, PR, Embroidery) to keep operations flowing smoothly
- Provide general PA support to the COO
What we're looking for:
- Studying or recently completed a degree in Business, Fashion Management, or similar
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and admin skills
- Highly organised, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and a team player mindset
- Interest in how luxury businesses operate
- Discreet, responsible, and proactive
