Job Title: Property Operations Assistant

Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and savvy Property Support & Operations Assistant to join our team in Nottingham. This role involves a combination of field and office work, providing hands-on support for property management, client relations, and operational logistics. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Visit client sites to collect rents and follow up on pending payments.
· Maintain accurate documentation of support services, client interactions, and property updates.
· Schedule and coordinate utility setups, including electricity and Wi-Fi, according to property requirements.
· Attend scheduled site appointments promptly.
· Work from the office during non-site hours, supporting administrative and financial aspects of the business.
· Gain exposure to financial processes and property management operations.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Must be street-smart, adaptable, and professional.
· Own a car with a valid UK driving license.
