With a growing presence and a passion for quality, we’re looking for an Operations Executive to join our head office team and help support our stores in running efficiently, consistently, and with excellence.
Role Overview
As an Operations Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our stores. You’ll assist with everything from implementing new products and managing store standards to helping resolve operational challenges as they arise. The role is based in Leicester with regular travel to stores, so a hands-on approach, hospitality experience, and a high degree of flexibility are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operational functions across all Bru locations
- Conduct regular store visits and assist with on-the-ground needs
- Help with rollout and coordination of new menu items, promotions, and seasonal launches
- Maintain inventory systems and supplier relationships
- Assist with staff training and support store teams to uphold operational standards
- Help develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Carry out audits and ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Work cross-functionally with other departments including marketing, HR, and product development
- Monitor store performance and assist in implementing improvements
- Support new store setups, refurbishments, and events as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hospitality or retail operations experience (café or QSR a bonus)
- A proactive, hands-on approach — comfortable jumping in wherever needed
- Flexible and adaptable, with willingness to travel and work varied hours when required
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Clear communicator and team collaborator
- Competent with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools
- Full UK driving licence
- A genuine passion for food, coffee, and delivering great customer experiences

Pay: £22,880.00-£23,930.00 per year
