Great Moving Ltdis a fast-growing removals and storage company based in South London, handling international moves as well as local ones. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations Clerk to support our busy operations and sales teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the day-to-day operations of a removals and storage company
- Prepare and check transport documents (job sheets, inventories, insurance forms)
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and subcontractors
- Coordinate job schedules and vehicle tracking, including for international moves as well as local ones
- Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance tasks
- Assist the sales department with job updates, client information, and document preparation
- Potential to support sales directly, including handling enquiries, following up leads, and updating CRM
- General office admin and reporting tasks
Who You Are:
- Organised, punctual, and calm under pressure
- Strong written and verbal English
- Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, and office software
- Experience in removals, logistics, storage, or sales is a plus
- Right to work in the UK

Pay: £22,880.00-£33,500.00 per year
