We have an exciting position for an Online Business Designer to join Savers Health, Home & Beauty. This is a fast paced, innovative environment and we are looking for a pro-active, motivated and creative individual.
In this position you will be responsible for supporting the online trading team with creative banners, landing pages and emails to ensure maximum profitability of the Savers website. In return, you will become part of an energetic team working alongside our skilled and experienced Buying and Marketing team.
What you’ll be doing:
Ability to create strong landing page and email designs, through the three phases of design, artworking and coding to completion
Creating, designing and artworking banners and online assets based on briefs from the commercial and online trading teams
Working with the Marketing manager to create, design and maintain digital marketing and social assets for promotional campaigns
Adhering to both internal brand and supplier guidelines to ensure consistency of design
Continually evaluate banner design and effectiveness to enhance the customer experience
Maintaining an awareness of competitors and emerging trends, ensuring Savers has cutting-edge creative design
Work with other teams (online trading, marketing) to receive and action briefs across both website/mobile app and also email design
Creating and updating brand pages in collaboration with our suppliers and other business stakeholders to showcase the brands in our own tone of voice
Analyse online behavioural metrics such as conversion rate, exit rate, time on page to identify areas of opportunity to enhance the customer experience and drive KPIs
Assisting other members of the eCommerce design team where necessary
What we are looking for:
Advanced working knowledge using the Adobe Creative Suite (with specific focus on Photoshop and Illustrator)
Advanced HTML and CSS skills. Basic understanding of jQuery and its application in eCommerce
Knowledge of using CMS systems and WordPress Application
Good understanding of eCommerce user experience best practise
Background knowledge of SEO – you’ll be working with a person with specialism in this area
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise jobs according to differing deadlines
Experience working with a CMS (content management system) and GA (Google Analytics) is desirable but not essential
