Lee Austin Design is an interior design practice based in Holywood and we are looking for a senior office administrator to join our expanding team.
The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and proactive person who can help support our busy and fast paced design studio.
The role will include:
· Being the first point of contact for clients and suppliers
· Management of day to day operations within the company such as general enquiries and organisation of the studio
· Processing of all purchase orders / overseeing deliveries
· Creating and documenting project costs and expenditures
· Compiling and issuing client invoices whilst supporting company accounts with general tasks where required
· Overseeing project logistics and movement of goods
· Liaising with suppliers and other team members to ensure smooth running of projects
The list above covers the main duties you will undertake but other duties will be required and added to as required to meet project and business needs.

- Excellent customer service skills and professional telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Excellent excel and word office skills
- Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
Role information:
· This is a full time, permanent position
· Working hours are Monday – Thursday 8.30 am to 5pm, 8.30 am to 2.30pm on Fridays
· Work location- in person
· Company pension / sick pay
