Job Introduction

Pinnacle Group are seeking an Office Cleaner - to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance of a our office building in White City North Hammersmith W12. The caretaker would be responsible for cleaning and maintenance of all areas of the office including reception areas, meetings rooms and toilets.

This role is contracted for 30 hours per week, working 8AM-3PM Monday to Friday.

This is a temporary assignment starting on September 1st and finishing on September 12th.

Key responsibilities

  • Cleaning tasks including damp mopping, washing surfaces, sweeping and vacuuming and touchpoints.
  • Cleaning offices, meeting rooms, staff kitchens and dining areas
  • Cleaning toilets facilities, hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels
  • Light maintenance tasks around the office environment
  • Waste management – collection, transportation, and storage of waste for both internal and external areas

Key requirements

  • Use cleaning materials & equipment in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
  • Experience with working to tight schedules.
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment
