Job title: Office Admin Assistant
Company: Vintage Photo Lab offers a professional digitising service for consumers and businesses looking to scan, share and celebrate their old photos. We digitise all legacy photographic media including loose prints, albums, slides, negatives and film/tapes.
Role Summary: The role is to support our small but friendly team with the day to day running of the office. Duties include:
- Responding to telephone and email customer enquiries
- Overseeing courier logistics/shipping labels and postage
- Receiving incoming orders and taking occasional inventories
- Managing despatch and order packing upon completion
- Route planning for our in-person driver home collections
- Customer admin – preparing media and sharing files
- Stock take and general purchasing
Time: Part time with flexible hours Monday-Friday. Immediate start. 20 hours (+).
Report to: Operations Manager
Skills required:
- Good Windows PC skills – local file and folder management
- Exceptional eye for detail - essential
- High standards of customer care and written communication
- Genuine multitasker
- Can do attitude
