Key Responsibilities
- Act as front-of-house, welcoming visitors and handling incoming queries.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team.
- Assist with order processing and data entry.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and update internal systems.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments, suppliers, and customers.
- Organise and manage staff timesheets.
- Prepare and distribute daily worksheets and job schedules.
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, confident, and professional manner.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
- Good IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (e.g. Excel or Google Sheets).
- Clear and professional communication skills – both written and verbal.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
