Job Overview:
Due to continued expansion we are continually looking for employees to add to our existing team.
We are looking for a team member to assist in general office duties (answer calls, emails, calling through jobs arrange quote visits and creating quotes to email to customers) as well as support our canvasing team, this will include data entry with a strong attention to detail to ensure the information is stored and input correctly.

Experience is preferred but not essential, as we are always willing to train the right person.
Once you are proficient and have the relevant experience, you may on rare occasions manage the office solo. At this point your pay will be adjusted to reflect the extra responsibility.

Usual Working Hours: Monday - Friday between 9-5:00 (Part time would be job share or Tue/Wed/Thur Preferred)
Your duties will include some or all of the following:
Customer engagement over the phone, handling queries, taking payments, booking in quotation visits accurately.
Canvassing conversations - contacting customers who our canvassing team have already spoken to and checking details and booking their jobs in.
Assisting management with administrative duties - contacting customers, taking calls and sending emails.
