We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team.

You’ll need experience working in mental health and an understanding of the daily challenges faced by people with long-term mental health conditions. A positive, flexible attitude and a compassionate, person-centred approach are essential.

You’ll support service users in building independence, improving wellbeing, and achieving personal goals through meaningful activities. This may include helping them identify their strengths, set goals, and take steps towards positive change. Some weekend or out-of-hours work will be needed for trips and seasonal activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Work both independently and as part of a team.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Manage your time well and stay organised.
Assist in planning and running 1:1 and group sessions.
Monitor and report on service users' wellbeing.
Keep accurate and timely records of your work.
