Your Role as a Nursery Room Leader
- Lead, Plan and deliver engaging educational activities
- Create safe, inclusive learning environments
- Build strong relationships with families as a Key Person
- Track and report on children’s progress through observations and assessments
- Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 or above qualification in early years education/childcare
- Experience working with children under 5
- Empathy, energy, and great communication skills
- Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Room Manager, Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Educator
