Duties
- Develop and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to the needs of children.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all students.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to education.
- Manage classroom dynamics and promote positive behaviour among students.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Drive initiatives that enhance the learning experience and encourage creativity.
- Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and improve teaching methods.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development and activities.
Skills
- Proven experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage classroom activities while ensuring a positive learning atmosphere.
- Experience in childcare or nursery settings is highly desirable.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability in various situations.
