Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment while developing essential skills in early childhood education and childcare. The Apprentice will work closely with experienced professionals, learning the skills to provide quality childcare and teaching.
Duties
- Assist in the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational activities that promote early childhood development.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster positive relationships and ensure smooth operations.
- Manage classroom activities, helping to maintain order and encourage participation among children.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to further develop your skills in childcare and early childhood education.
Experience
- Previous experience working with children is advantageous but not mandatory; a genuine interest in early childhood education is essential.
- GCSE Maths and English Grade 4 +
- A background in childcare or nursery settings will be considered an asset as you embark on your apprenticeship journey.
