Working through 3 nurseries in the Shrewsbury area.
Full Time - from Monday - Friday
Are you organised, approachable, and passionate about supporting early years education? We are looking for a Nursery Administrator to join our welcoming team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daily administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and record keeping
- Supporting the nursery managers with compliance and paperwork
- Welcoming parents, carers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintaining accurate child and staff records
- Assisting with invoicing, funding paperwork, and financial administration
What we're looking for:
- Previous admin experience, ideally in an educational or childcare setting
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Perficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using nursery software (training provided)
- A warm, professional manner with a commitment to safeguarding

Pay: £12.25 per hour
