Nursery Admin & Coodinator
Are you friendly, fun, and enthusiastic? Do you love working in a creative environment where no two days are the same? We are looking for a versatile Nursery admin co-ordinator to join our team at Heads of Ayr Nursery. This role is multi-faceted, with admin being just one part of your varied day. You’ll be helping with everything from supporting our staff with activity planning to creating memorable experiences for the children in our care.

- A friendly and adaptable individual who thrives in a team
- Someone creative, energetic, and enthusiastic about working with young children and families
- A strong communicator with great organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Experience in an early years setting is an advantage, but not essential
- A team player who can assist in day-to-day operations
Duties Include:
- Administrative support, including record-keeping, organizing events, and handling enquiries
- Supporting the team with hands-on tasks
- Providing excellent customer service to parents and guardians
- Helping maintain a fun, safe, and stimulating environment for the children

Working hours are 37 hours a week Monday to Friday
