You will work in store and report into the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager. Your main responsibilities will be to provide personalised consultations using the latest skincare, make up and beauty products, meet your sales targets and tell customers about our No7 offers and in store promotions. You will also complete our award-winning 12- month Skin School development programme and ensure your counter is always beautifully presented. You need to love the No7 brand, be comfortable approaching customers and applying products on them, enjoying meeting sales targets, love learning about the latest skincare and beauty trends and be happy to work both on your own and within a team. It would be great if you also have previous experience working with customers or using skincare and beauty products on customers, but this is not essential.
