Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The hours will be from 11PM-8AM in the Evenings to answer the Phone and take bookings for our patients.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage the reception area, keeping it tidy and welcoming.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry and maintaining records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Utilise Google Suite and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks.
- Support team members with administrative duties as required.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team.
- Previous experience in clerical work or data entry is advantageous.
